  • Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid tier of our Ignition-Hub service, we will require payment information. This information is collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe, Paddle), and we do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
  • User-Generated Content: For our Ignition-Hub service, we collect the TensorRT engine files and any other models you voluntarily upload to our platform.

B. Information We Collect Automatically:

  • Log and Usage Data: Like most websites, we automatically collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Services. This Log Data may include your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.
  • API Usage Data: When you use the Ignition-Hub API, we collect metadata about your requests, such as the API endpoint called, the timestamp, your API key, and response status codes, for billing, monitoring, and security purposes. We do not log the specific data you send for inference.
